Refund Policy

1. General Principles
   All sales are final except as outlined below. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of approval.

2. Community Membership
   Community membership fees are non-refundable. Access to exclusive forums, networking events, and member-only market insights is granted immediately upon payment, with no cancellations or refunds.

3. Course Fees
   Course fees (e.g., investment strategy workshops or property analysis certifications) are refundable only if a written refund request is submitted within seven (7) days of purchase. Refunds exclude any digital materials accessed or downloaded. No refunds after seven days, even if unused.

4. Other Services
   Consulting, reports, or custom analyses are non-refundable once delivered. Partial refunds may be considered at our discretion for documented service failures.

5. Disputes
   Refund requests must be emailed to info@marketmindedrealtor.club with order details. We reserve the right to verify eligibility.
