   Payment for our Services shall be made in accordance with the terms specified in our invoice. Market Minded reserves the right to suspend or terminate the provision of our Services in the event of non-payment or late payment.

   All intellectual property rights in relation to the content and materials provided as part of our Services—such as reports, analyses, models, and datasets—belong to Market Minded or our licensors.
